Popular pavilion where you always have to wait in line
Among Type B, the Egyptian Pavilion always has a steady wait time of around one hour. Especially on weekends and in the afternoon, the line tends to grow longer, and since there are no numbered tickets, an early visit is recommended. The decorations on the exterior and the costumes of the staff give the pavilion an “Ancient Egypt” feel, which heightens the sense of anticipation.
Ancient” and “Future” on a 360-degree screen
The museum begins with a 360-degree screen showing images of ancient Egyptian ruins and culture. The images of the pyramids and temples are very powerful and give a strong sense of “Egyptian-ness.
On the other hand, the second half of the film depicts Egypt in the future, but this is a typical “smart city” type of content, not so different from the future images of other countries, and perhaps a little less impressive.

Some people said, “I wish they would dig deeper into ancient times.”
Although the video quality is high, the more enthusiasts of ancient Egypt may feel that they would have liked to see more artifact displays and archaeological approaches. A model of the inside of the pyramid or actual materials would have been more satisfying, but the museum is currently composed mainly of video images.

Summary|Worth lining up for, but evaluations differ depending on the direction of expectations.
If you like Egypt, this pavilion is well worth a visit. However, visitors may differ in their evaluation depending on whether they want to experience ancient Egypt in depth or are attracted to futuristic technology. The ancient part of the show is worth seeing, so be prepared for a bit of a wait.
