▷Recommended for
- Interested in space (NASA enthusiasts are also a must)
- The type of person who can act first thing in the morning.
- Those who seek exhibits that “push science and technology” rather than American culture.
Reservations not accepted! First thing in the morning is the rule.
The American Pavilion is a popular pavilion for which advance reservations are not possible. Therefore, visitors are advised to dash to the pavilion as soon as the gates open (9:00 a.m.), as long lines often form after 10:00 a.m. If you want to be sure of admission, you must be ready to go in the morning.
Introduction of American Attraction + Introduction by Shohei Ohtani
The American Pavilion is composed for children and seniors alike, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first half of the exhibition is based on the concept that “America is a country suitable for both education and business,” and is followed by a video introduction.
Shohei Ohtani of the Dodgers appeared on the way. Many people in the hall responded, “Oh, it’s Otani! I could sense the high popularity of the game.
I think this is a positive introduction to the brightness and energy of American culture.

The second half is the space part. Launch video and actual exhibits
As you move through the venue, you will quickly switch to the Space Zone from here.
There is a miniature of the James Webb Space Telescope on display, and a video simulating a rocket launch is shown, making this area a must-see for space enthusiasts.
The rocket launch scene in particular was well done, with the sound and vibration effects creating a tense atmosphere.
However, the CG quality of the post-launch space footage was a bit lacking, and personally I was a bit disappointed.
If the images were a little more realistic, it might have enhanced the immersive experience.

Moonstone is a 10-second game. You should decide in advance whether you want to see it or take a picture of it.
The centerpiece exhibit that appears at the end is the “Moonstone”.
The actual viewing time is very short, about 10 seconds, and you will be asked to take your turn with the next person.
My priority was to take pictures, and because of that I had little time to see the real thing with my own eyes.
I had to decide whether to take pictures or look at them, or I would end up halfway through.
To avoid regrets, we recommend that you consider in advance which of the two you will prioritize.

Summary|5 stars if you like space, 3 stars if not.
Quite enjoyable and 4 stars for those interested in space, somewhat lacking for those not so interested (3 stars).
The first half of the program is cheerful with images of American culture and Shohei Ohtani
The second half of the exhibition focuses on space, with launch videos and a space telescope exhibit being the highlights!
Since the Moonstone will be viewed in a very short period of time, it is helpful to decide on a response.
