The pavilion features a red Nishijin-ori exterior. The main contents of the museum are large miniatures of future life and 16K video. There are very large miniatures and a train running, but it is difficult to tell what the highlights are.
There is a Western-style restaurant at the end of the pavilion, which is relatively empty.
